If your video screen shows Can't find Object please read below.
- Use Internet Explorer as your browser
- Set Security settings for IE to allow ActiveX plugins.
This is a one time setup - If you return to this site you will not need to do this again.
- Navigate to the "Tools" button of IE
- Navigate down to the "Internet options" area
- Select the "Security" tab
- Highlight the "Internet" Zone & pick "Custom level" button
- Scroll down to "Automatic prompting for ActiveX controls"
- choose "Enable"
- Scroll down to "Download unsigned ActiveX controls"
- choose "Enable (not secure)"
- Select "OK" button
- Select "Yes" when asked "Are you sure you want to change the settings for this zone?"
- Select "Apply" & "OK" to close dialog box
- Return to the video camera page and "refresh" it
 .
All ActiveX plugins should load allowing the video to show.
IMPORTANT Once everything is working return your security settings back to default values
- Navigate to the "Tools" button of IE
- Navigate down to the "Internet options" area
- Select the "Security" tab
- Highlight the "Internet" Zone & pick "Custom level" button
- Scroll down to "Automatic prompting for ActiveX controls"
- choose "Disable"
- Scroll down to "Download unsigned ActiveX controls (not secure)"
- choose "Disable (recommended)"
- Select "OK" button
- Select "Yes" when asked "Are you sure you want to change the settings for this zone?"
- Select "OK" to close dialog box
